1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Q5Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Q5Bet website, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the Q5Bet platform. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the current version.

2Account Registration

To access real-money features on Q5Bet — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus offers and participation in any games — you must register an account. • Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, are not permitted.
• You must notify Q5Bet promptly if any of your account information changes. Withdrawals may be delayed if account information does not match the identity verification documents on file.

Q5Bet reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an account at any time where the Platform has reason to believe these conditions have not been met.

3Age Verification

Q5Bet is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or bet offered through the platform.

Q5Bet may request proof of age at any point during the registration process or during the lifetime of an account. If a player is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Where an account is found to belong to a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they were received. Winnings will not be paid out.

4Deposits and Payments

Q5Bet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is performed at any stage — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your Q5Bet wallet.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the wallet section of your account and may vary by payment method. Q5Bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Q5Bet account on your behalf — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified payment account held in the player's own name. Q5Bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Q5Bet may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the wallet section and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus being fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Q5Bet reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity inconsistencies or a breach of these Terms.

If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, the support team will communicate the reason to the player within a reasonable timeframe and outline what steps are required to resolve the matter.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Q5Bet offers a range of promotions to registered players — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected Slots, sports cashback during PSL and T20 events, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and timeframe are stated clearly on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino table games, Sports Betting and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates are listed on each promotion. Playing ineligible games with bonus funds does not forfeit the bonus but also does not count towards the wagering requirement.

7Sports Betting Rules

Q5Bet's sports book covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and other international fixtures), Football, Esports and other sports as made available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through Q5Bet.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the state of play at the time the bet is submitted. Q5Bet reserves the right to void in-play bets where a significant change in match conditions occurred between the time of submission and confirmation.

• Q5Bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or market. Stakes above accepted limits will be partially accepted or declined.
• Palpable errors in odds — such as incorrectly entered decimal odds due to a system or human error — may be voided and restated at the correct odds. Q5Bet will notify affected players where this occurs.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement. Settlement timing depends on the event type and is communicated within the sports book interface.

8Casino and Game Rules

Q5Bet's Casino section includes Slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, game shows), Fish Games and Bingo. Each game type operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game panel or help section of each individual game.

• Slot games at Q5Bet are provided by third-party software providers. Each title has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is visible in the game information panel before you start playing. RTP is calculated over millions of spins and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9Fair Play and Security

10Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request or due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

14Changes to These Terms

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or platform obligations — Q5Bet will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.
